Abstract

The main object of this research paper is to identify the social worker role in the senior adult social’s inclusions, through proposal, strategies and professional interventions tools in the different problems that exist in the social environment. For the development of this investigation, we consider the Senior Adult Project, belonging to the Institution of the Direction of Social Development and Community of the canton El Guabo. The methodology employed within this project is mixed, used survey and observation technique, that the information obtained relevant information performance and actions of the Social Worker within the Senior Adult Project. Likewise, verify the strategies and abilities that the users develop their motor activities, enabling them to have an active aging and improve their social inclusion. Finally, with the execution of the proposal we find out that, between the programs and activities realized within Senior Adult Project, is achieved the interactions between the users and professionals, allowing to respond the different physicals and mental necessities in the main group, in order to improve social and community well-being.
