Abstract

Digital tools have become a primary focus in higher education institutions due to the impact it has generated on students and users. This article shows the digital marketing tools used by Utmach. The objective of the research is to improve the digital tools that the university uses to provide a better visual appeal. An exploratory - qualitative research has been used where the technique of observation through the internet was developed. The results obtained in the investigation reflect that the website, Facebook and Instagram of the technical university of Machala are few dynamic and striking contents. Finally, it is necessary that the digital media used by the university be in constant updates to present new creative content making them a visual attraction for those interested.
