dc.descriptionLos accidentes cerebro vascular isquémicos son eventos que con el pasar de los años se ha ido perfeccionando su forma de abarcar al paciente y dar un tratamiento oportuno evitando secuelas de gravedad o irreversibles,e incluso la muerte, ya que esta posee una incidencia alta de mortalidad, por su presentación aguda y de inicio súbito, desplegando síntomas neurológicos por las variaciones en la circulación cerebral. El objetivo de este proyecto es determinar un protocolo de atención primaria en salud adecuado y oportuno, en base al análisis de artículos indexados actualizados y protocolos de atención para ACV, iniciando desde la aparición de los síntomas neurológicos en el área extra-hospitalaria hasta que el paciente es recibido en el área de emergencia del hospital en donde se encuentra el especialista en neurología, e identificar las causas del retraso para el tratamiento oportuno en dichos pacientes.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIschemic cerebrovascular accidents are events that over the years have been refined their way of covering the patient and provide timely treatment avoiding serious or irreversible sequelae, as this has a high incidence of mortality, for its acute presentation and of sudden onset, displaying neurological symptoms, due to variations in cerebral circulation. The objective of this project is to determine an appropriate and timely primary health care protocol, based on the analysis of updated indexed articles and care protocols for stroke, starting from the appearance of neurological symptoms in the extra-hospital area until the patient is received in the emergency area of the hospital where the neurology specialist is located, and to identify the causes of the delay for the timely treatment in said patients.es_ES
