Intervención psicológica y la preservación de los derechos en adolescentes embarazadas.

Abstract

Working from clinical psychology is a commitment that involves the recovery of the balance of the mental health of individuals, whether collective or individual, which reduces conflicts at social, cultural and psychological levels. Based on this premise, the present essay has as its theme Psychological intervention and the preservation of rights in pregnant adolescents, which aims to provide information and foundations on the problem, such as rejection and exclusion in educational centers towards pregnant adolescents, in order to achieve the creation of new psychological strategies that protect and help this vulnerable group and can ensure the non-expulsion of adolescents in the educational system. The theoretical-documentary approach, based on the analysis and interpretation of various intellectual sources, in which experts on the subject approach the problem from various perspectives, should theorize and analyze the social and psychological complexity of the situation of pregnancy when it occurs at an early age, in order to incorporate various guidelines and therapeutic actions that the psychologist can adopt when working on the problem of teenage pregnancy, valuing the aspects of the human rights of teenage mothers, and also the issue of gender equality. It is concluded that there is no way to simplify this problem; its solution requires a comprehensive action that includes adolescents, teachers and the institution's directors.
