Abstract
This paper analyzes the economic cycles and the effects of the implementation of economic policies since 1990 in Argentina. The collection of scientific articles is used and data from Institute of Statistics and Census and World Bank to present the variables variables that allow accounting of the current regulations during the study period. Finally, the transitions in economic thought, the interests at stake between the main forces in conflict, the differences between the crises concerned and the future trend in a macroeconomic framework that is already being seen are exposed.

En el presente trabajo se analiza los ciclos económicos y los efectos de la implementación de políticas económicas desde 1990 en Argentina. Se emplea la recopilación de artículos científicos y datos provenientes del Instituto de Estadísticas y Censos de Argentina, y del Banco Mundial para presentar las variables que permita dar cuenta de las regulaciones vigentes durante el periodo de estudio. Finalmente se expone las transiciones en el pensamiento económico, los intereses en juego entre las principales fuerzas en pugna, las divergencias entre las crisis concernientes y la tendencia futura en un marco macroeconómico que ya se avizora.
