| dc.description | En el presente trabajo, se realiza la evaluación sismorresistente de una vivienda de dos plantas de hormigón armado. Para lograr esto, primero se debe contar con la información necesaria, tales como el acceso a los planos tanto arquitectónicos como estructurales de la vivienda y el acceso al sitio, para poder verificar que las secciones que se encuentran detalladas en los planos sean las mismas que se encuentren en sitio, esto con el fin de poder tener el diseño con el que se van a realizar la evaluación de cargas y el modelamiento de la estructura en ETABS. Una vez realizado este procedimiento, se procede a realizar el análisis estructural de la vivienda obtenido en el programa y compararlos con los parámetros que nos indica la normativa NEC-SE-DS y NEC-SE-HM, para poder conocer si esta vivienda cuenta con una seguridad estructural óptima. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | In the present work, the earthquake-resistant evaluation of a two-story house of Reinforced Concrete is carried out.
