Abstract

Over the years the way of life of the human being has changed, the consumption of the resources of the current population more than the residues of the population of a few days ago; what generates the need to look for new alternatives that can manage the management of this waste, minimizing the negative impact on the environment. Use of bibliographical research as a research methodology, it has been investigated in various databases and articles of important journals, in order to collect reliable information through the analytical - synthetic method it can be interpreted, reaching a conclusion That allow them to be considered reasonable on the subject matter, taking into account the environment and the conditions in which the problem is solved. In the project presented below reference is made to the process of generation, collection, handling and storage of solid waste in the canton El Guabo, explaining the procedure carried out by a corporal, which is contemplated in the regulations in force in the country, indicates the best conditions for the treatment of this waste, taking care of its impact on the environment and the visual aspect of the genres. What is sought with the realization of this project is explained under the perspective of civil engineering, the way of thinking about dealing with the problems of the media, the efforts to reuse to the maximum and taking care not to generate.
