Abstract

The investigation carried out makes it possible to publicize the importance of research, its contribution to the progress of investigative skills and what happens when it is not addressed adequately, their development promotes great benefits in the educational field, Thus, the direct participants are, teachers and students, who work collaboratively for improvement, the educational professional is the one who guides the teaching process and the schoolchildren are the protagonists, both actors maintain the purpose of generating reliable and updated data that promote informed decision-making, so the data search is proposed as a rigorous and systematic procedure. The present document was carried out with the goal of determining how projectbased learning PBL enhances the development of investigative competencies IQ in the seventh grade of the General Manuel Serrano school, El Guabo, 2023-2024. For this, a methodology with various aspects was necessary, which begins with the quantitative and qualitative approach, at an explanatory level by addressing in depth the themes that are developed from the variables, relational by presenting the correlation between them and descriptive by specifying the topic of in an appropriate manner, with field modality in accordance with the direct extraction of reality and bibliographic data when considering impact articles from the last five years.
