| dc.description | The objective of this research was to determine nursing care from the epistemological and methodological perspective: history and evolution in education. We searched for bibliographic sources of studies that have been carried out on the subject, to give an answer to the problem, among the results we found, that at the global level nursing has maintained a favorable evolution since its attendance and the training of professionals, from the Epistemological point of view, nursing has based its role on four well-defined approaches, which are direct assistance, administration, education and education, in relation to the methodological approach nursing staff base their care on the scientific method from the process of Nursing care, the same that has evolved from the 40s to the present where there is a well-defined nomenclature Nanda Nic-Noc. It is concluded that in spite of the changes that the profession has had in that it is important to assess and weight its functions in the institutions, care is paramount but it must be demonstrated, for this it is recommended that the nurse practitioner perform their care and Evidence. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de esta investigación fue: determinar el cuidado de enfermería desde la perspectiva epistemológica y metodológica: historia y evolución en la educación. Se buscaron fuentes bibliográficas de estudios que se han realizado sobre la temática, para dar respuesta a la problemática, entre los resultados encontrados notamos, que a nivel mundial la enfermería ha mantenido una evolución favorable desde su asistencia como de la formación de profesionales, desde el punto de vista epistemológico la enfermería ha fundamentado su rol en cuatro enfoque bien definidos, que son la asistencia directa, la administración, la educación y la educación, en relación al enfoque metodológico el personal de enfermería fundamenta su cuidado al método científico desde el proceso de atención de enfermería, el mismo que ha ido evolucionando desde los año 40 hasta la actualidad donde existen una nomenclatura bien definida Nanda Nic- Noc. Se concluye que a pesar de los cambios que ha tenido la profesión en importante que se de valorar y peso a sus funciones en las instituciones, el cuidado es primordial pero debe evidenciarse, para ello se recomienda que el profesional de enfermería realice su cuidado y lo evidencie. | es_ES |
