| dc.description | This research is focus on how the teachers manage their skills to teach English to beginner learners. Sometimes teachers ask themselves why my students do not get what I teach. Why my students are not good at listening or speaking and the answer is in the way they teach. Some teachers do not speak in English when they explain their class, in order to students do not practice listening neither speaking. student can learn English in a natural way, I mean the same way they have learn their native language. when the children start to speak their native language they learn some words and short phrases, it teaches us the best way to learn a second language. when the teachers just teach English grammar some students get bored. The English teachers can improve their skills for teaching English teacher, looking for techniques, games, warms up and teach in context asking questions, in order to the students feel forced to answer our questions. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación se centra en cómo los maestros manejan sus habilidades para enseñar inglés a principiantes. A veces los maestros se preguntan por qué mis estudiantes no obtienen lo que yo enseño. ¿Por qué mis estudiantes no son buenos en escuchar o hablar y la respuesta es en la forma en que enseñan. Algunos profesores no hablan en inglés cuando explican su clase, para que los estudiantes no practiquen escuchar ni hablar. El estudiante puede aprender el inglés de una manera natural, me refiero a la misma manera que han aprendido su lengua materna. Cuando los niños comienzan a hablar su lengua materna aprenden algunas palabras y frases cortas, nos enseña la mejor manera de aprender una segunda lengua. Cuando los profesores sólo enseñan gramática inglesa algunos estudiantes se aburren. Los profesores de inglés pueden mejorar sus habilidades para enseñar maestro de inglés, buscar técnicas, juegos, calentar y enseñar en contexto haciendo preguntas, para que los estudiantes se sientan obligados a responder a nuestras preguntas. | es_ES |
