Abstract

In this document you will find the study carried out at the consulting firm of Quito, in which management auditing was used as a tool to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in the service it provides, in this way it was found that said consultant presents anomalies in its processes specifically in the administrative department that by means of a matrix of findings it was possible to identify the causes and effects that they produce by not fulfilling the respective functions, causing the firm to lose its balance. You can also find the techniques that will be applied in this study, and a final report of what was the management audit where you can visualize the recommendations before the study of each stage and the goal that you expect to meet this tool in a certain time.
