dc.descriptionCon el propósito de analizar el comportamiento de la aplicación del Derecho Público en El Ecuador se llevó a cabo un estudio descriptivo de tipo revisión bibliográfica. La estrategia metodológica transcurrió a través de los métodos de investigación histórico-lógico, hermenéutico y analítico–sintético, y la técnica de análisis de contenido. Los hallazgos obtenidos permiten concluir que en nuestro país existe un sistema legal encabezado por la Constitución de la República, que garantiza la aplicación del Derecho Público; no obstante éste puede ser perfeccionado en la búsqueda de soluciones a las falencias que aún subsisten. Además, se necesita de una mejor selección y capacitación de los servidores públicos, administrativos y profesionales de justicia; así como de una más eficiente divulgación dirigida a la población sobre los temas relativos a sus derechos, para así contribuir a una mejor aplicación y cumplimiento de las políticas públicas y el ordenamiento jurídico, en aras de eliminar los actos inconstitucionales e infractores de la Ley.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn order to analyze the behavior of the application of Public Law in Ecuador, a descriptive study of the type of bibliographic review has been carried out. The methodological strategy passed through the methods of historical-logical, hermeneutic and analytic-synthetic research, and the technique of content analysis. The findings are shown in our country. The system is headed by the Constitution of the Republic, which guarantees the application of Public Law; However, it can still be perfected in the search for solutions to the faults that still exist. In addition, a better selection and training of public, administrative and professional justice servants is needed; as well as a more efficient way of redirecting the population on the issues of rights, as well as the application of public policies and the legal system, in the interest of unconstitutional and infringing acts of the Law.es_ES
