dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de investigación surge de la necesidad de obtener conocimientos referentes a la auditoría forense como herramienta para la prevención del fraude que enfrentan las PYMES en la provincia de El Oro, partiendo desde la conceptualización de términos y herramientas básicas que se utilizan dentro de la auditoría para la detección, prevención y seguimientos de delitos financieros que se realizan en la empresas que no manejan de manera eficiente y honesta las actividades económicas pasando por alto principios, normativas y políticas contables.es_ES
