| dc.description | El Centro Comercial “ORO CENTRO” de la ciudad de Machala tiene un elevado flujo comercial dentro de la economía ecuatoriana por lo cual nuestro estudio de caso está centrado en su análisis en cuanto a los aspectos tributarios de los comerciantes y contribuyentes de este sector, precisando su nivel de formalidad tanto académica como tributaria, sus fuentes de ingreso, el grado de cumplimiento de sus obligaciones y a qué régimen pertenecen.Para el desarrollo del trabajo se optó por aplicar una metodología cualitativa con el fin de describir y analizar la información recolectada y una metodología cuantitativa que a través de diferentes herramientas y el análisis de las variables se elaboran las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones hacia los contribuyentes y las principales instituciones que motivan el desarrollo para el comerciante. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The "ORO CENTRO" Shopping Center in the city of Machala has a high commercial flow within the Ecuadorian economy, for which our case study is focused on its analysis regarding the tax aspects of merchants and taxpayers in this sector, specifying their level of formality, both academic and tax, their sources of income, the degree of fulfillment of their obligations and what regime they belong to. For the development of the work, it was decided to apply a qualitative methodology in order to describe and analyze the information collected and a quantitative methodology that through different tools and the analysis of the variables, the respective conclusions and recommendations are elaborated towards the taxpayers and the main institutions that motivate the development for the merchant. | es_ES |
