Abstract

The premature rupture of the membrane is an obstetric accident in which the continuity of the chorioamniotic membranes and loss of amniotic fluid before the start of labor is presented. The risk factors for premature rupture of the preterm membrane are: diseases acquired by sexual transmission or previous preterm deliveries and among the main complications we have: chorioamnionitis, postpartum infection, maternal sepsis, neonatal sepsis. This event has a global incidence close to 3%, in Europe, it is calculated from 5% to 9%, in the United States, this percentage reaches 12% to 13%; the percentages in Latin America are unknown, but statistical data report from 11% to 15%. In the application of the Nursing Care Process, the professional must recognize the person, the family, social group and individual characteristics, in order to carry out an appropriate assessment. The objective of the present work is to apply the nursing plan in the best way, applying the NANDA, NIC and NOC through the Theory of Marjory Gordon and the 11 functional patterns, to offer interventions and quality care in the Premature Rupture of membranes. avoiding major complications for the health and welfare of the patient, a solution was given to 2 altered patterns that presented the clinical case as: Pattern 1: Perception / Control of health and Pattern 6: Cognitive - Perceptive; The methodology of the work is a retrospective study, based on review and compilation of information in scientific articles with a period of no more than 5 years.
