Abstract
Depressive disorder or depression is one of the generalized psychological disorders that can affect both the person and the world around them, presenting alterations in habits such as sleep, food, study and even the ability to enjoy activities that some Once they were pleasant, with a prevalence in adolescents between 4% and 8%, being able to reach 25% in the final stage of adolescence.

El trastorno depresivo o depresión es uno de los trastornos psicológicos generalizados que puede afectar tanto a la persona como al mundo que las rodea, presentando alteraciones en hábitos como el sueño, alimentación, estudio e incluso en la capacidad para disfrutar de actividades que alguna vez fueron agradables, con una prevalencia en los adolescentes entre el 4% y 8%, pudiendo llegar a un 25% en la etapa final de la adolescencia.
