El trabajo de investigación tiene la finalidad de despejar ciertas variables con respecto al tema planteado: “ANÁLISIS JURÍDICO A LA FIGURA JURÍDICA DE LA USURA”, se hará un análisis profundo de las cusas y efectos jurídicos, además un estudio comparativo de las diferentes legislaciones.
