| dc.description.abstract | En el presente trabajo de investigación hemos querido referirnos al Principio de Buena Fe y su importancia en las obligaciones contractuales. Pero exponer a rajatabla la conceptualización de cada palabra no sólo sería innecesario por la gran cantidad de textos que los contienen; de ahí que en las siguientes líneas no se plasmare el desarrollo individual de los temas sino que se haga hincapié a estos conceptos en la búsqueda de una muy posible solución al problema planteado. Esta controversia tiene además un escenario muy especial como loes la familia, razón por la cual hemos escogido como mecanismo de solución del conflicto a la Mediación, que tiene como razón de ser, el ofrecer diferentes aristas a los protagonistas para visualizar la solución más conveniente y que al final de nuestro trabajo se verá materializada con una respuesta beneficiosa para todas las partes implicadas. | es_ES |
