Desarrollo de aplicación web para la gestionar reservas de instalaciones del colegio de arquitectos de El Oro usando arquitectura microfrontend

Abstract

This work arises from the need observed in the College of Architects of El Oro, an institution that provides a reservation service for sports-recreational and social spaces for organizations or the general public, such processes were only performed in person causing inconveniences such as loss of time, lack of information and limited hours. In this context, the objective of the project was to develop a web application for the administrative management of the facilities in a fast and secure way, resulting in the automation of the process to make reservations and improve user service. The SWIRL methodology was used for the development of the project, which focuses on web-based applications combining the hybrid and iterative approach. In addition to the use of a microfrontend architecture which allows to have a scalable web application with better performance. With the quality evaluation of the web application using the quality standards defined in ISO 25010, which cover functional adequacy, usability, reliability, security and portability. After performing the evaluation, acceptable results were obtained in all these areas and a high level of satisfaction was observed among the application's users, supporting the usability and effectiveness of the customer service environments
