| dc.description | The present essay has to do with the bibliographic review on the characteristics of psychotic disorders such as: Auditory-Visual Hallucinations, Affective Indifference, Sensory Distortion - Amnesia and Obsessive Ideas. A qualitative study was established that allowed to compile relevant information from authors and theories that study psychopathological symptoms such as Bonilla, Bustos, and Ibáñez (2010), Cao (2016), Duero (2013), Fonseca et al. Study of the characteristics of psychotic disorders. The results were relevant, visual and auditory hallucinations produce sensory alterations that affect the perceptions, presenting without existence of the object that is being hallucinated; Affective indifference is an alteration of the psychic function affectivity in terms of quality of feelings, affections, emotions and mood, here the patient does not feel the external stimuli on his affection; Obsessive ideas are an alteration of the psychic function of thought, defined as images and thoughts that interfere in the human mind in an intense, disorganized way and are difficult to control even though the person who has them has an intact level of consciousness | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente ensayo tiene que ver con la revisión bibliográfica sobre las características de los trastornos psicóticos como: Alucinaciones Auditivo-Visuales, Indiferencia Afectiva, Distorsión Sensorial – Amnesia e Ideas Obsesivas. Se establece un estudio cualitativo que permitió recopilar información relevante de autores y teorías que estudian los síntomas psicopatológicos como Bonilla, Bustos, e Ibáñez (2010), Cao (2016), Duero (2013), Fonseca y otros (2015) los mismos aportaron al estudio de las características de los trastornos psicóticos. Los resultados fueron relevantes, las alucinaciones visuales y auditivas producen alteraciones sensoriales que afectan las percepciones, presentándose sin existencia del objeto que está siendo alucinado; la indiferencia afectiva es una alteración de la función psíquica afectividad en términos de cualidad de sentimientos, afectos, emociones y ánimo, aquí el paciente no siente los estímulos exteriores sobre su afecto; las ideas obsesivas son una alteración de la función psíquica del pensamiento, definidas como imágenes y pensamientos que interfieren en la mente del ser humano de forma intensa, desorganizada y son difíciles de controlar aunque la persona que las padece tiene su nivel intacto de consciencia | es_ES |
