Abstract
Tourism is an activity in constant evolution, generating benefits to the territory, improvements in the quality of life of the inhabitants, resulting in local development. The present case study has the purpose of analyzing the current state of the most representative tourist attractions of Las Lajas canton, for which it is intended to carry out the analysis of the tourist system, because it will allow determining the tourist viability of Las Lajas canton, it is thus, tourist attractions are considered as one of the fundamental pillars in the development of tourism within a territory, since they provide visitors with extraordinary tourist experiences and the satisfaction of their expectations.

El turismo es una actividad en constante evolución, generando a su paso beneficios al territorio, mejoras en la calidad de vida de los habitantes, dando como resultado el desarrollo local. El presente estudio de caso tiene la finalidad de analizar el estado actual de los atractivos turísticos más representativos del cantón Las Lajas, por lo cual se pretende realizar el análisis del sistema turístico, debido a que permitirá determinar la viabilidad turística del cantón Las Lajas, es así que se considera a los atractivos turísticos, como uno de los pilares fundamentales en el desarrollo del turismo dentro de un territorio, ya que proporcionan a los visitantes experiencias turísticas extraordinarias y la satisfacción de expectativas del mismo.
