Análisis de los riesgos en los trámites de importación por vía marítima en el Ecuador.

Abstract

n Ecuador, in the import process, several risks are presented when making international contracts, which can alter the value of the products, as well as the loss of the goods; in international trade there are these risks for various reasons. Bearing in mind that the imports made are very important anf necessary for companies; in this investigation, an analysis of the risks in import procedures by sea in the country is prepared, in order to identify them, so that they are informed and can apply the relevant controls to minimize these risks. In order to carry out this work of Risk Analysis in Import Procedures, a descriptive investigation is carried out with the objective of identifying, qualifying, observing, evaluating and designing the treatment measures thereof, which we validate with interviws to experts.
