dc.descriptionEn el mundo actual se ha visto un gran interés por los vinos, incluso a viajar y aprender sobre la elaboración del mismo, ya que cuentan con una gran variedad de aromas y sabores, siendo uno de los más conocidos el vino tinto; sin embargo, se puede notar el desconocimiento sobre los diferentes procesos y elaboraciones, pero sobre todo en el maridaje de estos vinos, lo cual puede afectar en el servicio y satisfacción de los clientes. En el presente trabajo se realizó una investigación de tipo bibliográfica para tener una definición clara de algunos conceptos claves, además de explicar e identificar las diferentes cepas, describiendo sus características y recomendaciones.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn today's world there has been a great interest in wines, even traveling and learning about its production, since they have a great variety of aromas and flavors, one of the best known being red wine; However, ignorance about the different processes and elaborations can be noticed, but especially in the marination of these wines, which can affect the service and customer satisfaction. In the present work, a bibliographic research was carried out to have a clear definition of some key concepts, in addition to explaining and identifying the different strains, describing their characteristics and recommendations.es_ES
