Abstract
El trabajo investigativo recae en examinar la inclusión de las Webquest (WQ) en las aulas de clase como estrategia didáctica para la construcción del aprendizaje en las asignaturas de la Educación General Básica (EGB), lo que conlleva un análisis profundo sobre las nuevas metodologías de enseñanza que exige el siglo XXI, la inclusión de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC) en los sistemas educativos que buscan alcanzar una educación de calidad. Por ende, desde el enfoque constructivista el estudiante participa en su propio desarrollo y crecimiento como individuo al resolver problemas reales relacionados con el medio social, ello implica la inserción de herramientas educativas en las prácticas pedagógicas desde los primeros niveles de formación que contribuyan en la construcción de aprendizajes significativos. Los tres modelos teóricos de las WQ: competencia para el manejo de la información, constructivismo y aprendizaje cooperativo resaltan las competencias básicas que debe poseer o desarrollar el docente y el desarrollo de destrezas tanto individuales como colectivas en los niños. Por otro lado, la selección de recursos multimedia, sitios web en el desarrollo de las actividades son aspectos fundamentales en las Webquest.
Description
The research work relies on examining the inclusion of the Webquest (WQ) in classrooms as a didactic strategy for the construction of learning in the subjects of Basic General Education (GBS), which entails an in-depth analysis of new methodologies Education that requires the 21st century, the inclusion of information and communication technologies (ICT) in education systems that seek to achieve quality education. Therefore, from the constructivist approach the student participates in his own development and growth as an individual in solving real problems related to the social environment, this implies the insertion of educational tools in the pedagogical practices from the first levels of training that contribute in the construction Of meaningful learning. The three theoretical models of WQ: competence for information management, constructivism and cooperative learning highlight the basic competences that the teacher should possess or develop and the development of both individual and collective skills in children. On the other hand, the selection of multimedia resources, websites in the development of activities are fundamental aspects in Webquest.
