Gestión pública de las donaciones recibidas en el Ecuador durante la emergencia sanitaria por Covid19.

Abstract

In Ecuador, the economic situation of the state for years has been having declines in the budgets of public income, having a budget deficit, in addition to this the health emergency, which has caused serious economic consequences and from the point of view In health, medical care centers have collapsed due to the demand of patients, so that medical supplies and medicines were insufficient to meet the needs. The general objective is to identify the policies adopted in the country due to the health emergency through research to counteract the covid pandemic19 in Ecuador.The methodological application is made from a qualitative approach, through theoretical concepts as a structural part of the work degree and quantitative due to the numerical (practical) part. It is concluded that in the registry of the general newspaper the corresponding movement for donations entry was applied, in the first entry the donations in inventories were received, the accrual is not applied because there is no payment commitment and in the second entry, it is closed the account of donations received in inventories and the State patrimony is increased.
