Abstract
The didactic procedures used by teachers in the educational institution are essential elements that define their efficiency for teaching-learning, with the aim of strengthening the learning of reading and writing based on the eclectic method. Despite the advances in education where methods are the main tools for learning. The present investigation identified incipient reading and writing in second-year students of basic education in the area of Language and Literature of the "Escuela de Educación General Básica Primero de Noviembre", that a large part of the pedagogical resources and didactic procedures are scarce, affecting student learning.

Los procedimientos didácticos que emplean los docentes en la institución educativa son elementos esenciales que definen su eficiencia para la enseñanza aprendizaje, con el objetivo de fortalecer el aprendizaje de lectura y escritura en base al método ecléctico. A pesar de los avances a nivel educativo donde los métodos son las principales herramientas para el aprendizaje. La presente investigación identifico incipiente de la lectura y escritura en los estudiantes de segundo año de educación básica en el área de Lengua y Literatura de la “Escuela de Educación General Básica Primero de Noviembre”, que gran parte de los recursos pedagógicos y procedimientos didácticos son escasos, que afectan el aprendizaje de los estudiantes.
