| Descripción : | The pregnancy is a process physiological that crosses an woman but it is estimated that around 20% of these represent the category of high risk pregnancy affecting the dyad maternal fetal, existing as the main factor the causes obstetric direct evidencing thus results perinatal unfavorable. The present investigative work has as objective to identify the role that meet the personal nursing in the prevention of high risk pregnancies taking as main axis the prenatal control and recomendations to consider by part of the pregnant, searching reduce complications and rates of morbi-morbilty maternal and perinatal. The role of nursing in the care of pregnants that cross by this stage is of vital importance providing care holistic care that they allow to the woman to support a confidence link with the equipment of health stimulating to being present at this respective controls, the education and the promotion of the health in the pregnants in these cases helps modifying conducts and practices to the well-being of the health. |
| Resumen : | El embarazo es un proceso fisiológico que atraviesa una mujer. Se estima que alrededor del 20% representan a la categoría de embarazos de alto riesgo, afectando a la diada materna fetal, existiendo como factor principal: las causas obstétricas directas evidenciando así resultados perinatales desfavorables. El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo identificar el rol que cumple el personal de enfermería en la prevención de embarazos de alto riesgo, tomando como eje principal el control prenatal y recomendaciones a seguir por parte de la gestante, buscando así reducir las complicaciones y las tasas de morbi-mortalidad materna y perinatal. El rol de enfermería en la atención a gestantes que atraviesan por esta etapa, es de vital importancia, brindando cuidado holístico que permiten a la mujer mantener un vínculo de confianza con el equipo de salud, incentivando a asistir a sus respectivos controles, la educación y la promoción de la salud en la gestante en estos casos ayuda modificando conductas y practicas relacionada con el bienestar de la salud. |
