| dc.description | Indigence because of drug addiction and alcoholism represent problems that as a society have not been solved; In the City of Machala Province of El Oro this situation is evident in the streets because the Autonomous Government Decentralized does not fulfill its specific responsibilities of attention to this sector. And for this reason the research was based on why it is seen in the streets and public places like parks, terminals and hospitals to indigent drug addicts and alcoholics; The information about the characteristics, causes and effects of the people that are in the streets of Machala were collected by means of the technique of observation, interview to the affected people; It was investigated and described the policies of action of the Governmental Institution of Social Character (MIES) as Governing Body in the topic of attention to the vulnerable population, this information was collected attending the offices of the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion; The collection of literary information was done through the database of Dialnet and Scielo, downloading scientific articles which after having had a systematic review of the literature allowed to contextualize and elaborate the solution so that Social Workers as technical actors of intervention And implement their strategies as Social Workers. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La indigencia por causa de la drogadicción y el alcoholismo representan los problemas que como sociedad no han sido resueltos; en la Ciudad de Machala Provincia de El Oro esta situación se evidencia en las calles debido a que el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado no cumple con sus responsabilidades específicas de atención a este sector. Y por esta razón la investigación se basó en por qué se ve en las calles y lugares públicos como parques, terminales y hospitales a indigentes drogadictos y alcohólicos; La información acerca de las características, causas y efectos de las personas que se encuentran en las calles de Machala se las recolecto por medio de la técnica de observación ,entrevista a las personas afectadas; se investigó y se describió las políticas de acción que tiene la Institución Gubernamental de Carácter Social MIES como Organismo Rector en el tema de atención a la población vulnerable, esta información se la recolecto asistiendo a las oficinas del Ministerio de Inclusión Económica y Social; la recolección de información literaria se realizó a través de la base de datos de Dialnet y Scielo, descargando artículos científicos los cuales después haber tenido una revisión sistemática de la literatura permitieron contextualizar y elaborar la solución para que los Trabajadores Sociales como actores técnicos de intervención impulsen e implementen sus estrategias como Trabajadores Sociales. | es_ES |
