Abstract
El propósito de esta investigación fue para comprobar que tan eficaz es hacer creado un Programa de Asistencia de Protección y Reserva de la identidad de Víctimas y testigos en los Juicios Penales y cómo funcionan las garantías del sistema fue dirigido a: víctimas, testigos, coprocesados, fiscales, policías, peritos, funcionarios judiciales, acusador particular, sus familiares hasta el cuarto grado de consanguinidad y segundo de afinidad, que por su participación en el proceso penal has sufrido o están sufriendo amenazas o agresiones y evitar la revitimización o victimización secundaria de las personas que han sido víctimas de algún delito, mediante un trato más humano y con respeto a sus derechos a través del trabajo interdisciplinario que comprende las áreas de asistencia legal, trabajo social y psicología de las instituciones que están anexas a este programa.
Description
The purpose of this research was to test how effective it is to set up a Program of Assistance and Protection Reserve identity of victims and witnesses in criminal trials and how they work guarantees system was aimed at: victims, witnesses, co-defendants, prosecutors, police, experts, court officials, private prosecutor, his relatives to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second of affinity, which for their part in the criminal proceedings have suffered or are suffering threats or attacks and prevent revitimización or secondary victimization people who have been victims of crime, by more humane treatment and respect for their rights through interdisciplinary work includes the areas of legal assistance, social work and psychology of the institutions that are attached to this program.
