| Descripción : | The present draft of the thesis has as main goal the REHABILITATION OF THE ROAD GEOMETRIC RAILWAY AVENUE UNDERSTOOD FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR OF TRAFFIC (THE TRAIN) TO THE INTERSECTION OF AVENIDA ALEJANDRO CASTRO BENITEZ. For the development of the project, it was considered preliminary studies of field such as the lifting of the current state of the track, making an inventory to determine road, diagnose and establish the overall objective of this project, back to this information was compiled in the institutions such as the Government decentralized autonomous Municipal de Machala (GADMM) of the canton Machala, where collected historical information of the studies carried out. There was a seating capacity of traffic and surveys of origin and destination, obtaining the annual average daily traffic (TPDA) that constitutes the functional capacity and service level of the track for the period specified design, with this data and the studies mentioned later, it was possible to calculate the thickness of the asphalt of the project folder. The track in its current state has a flexible pavement in poor condition, which has lost its ability to support and does not comply with the specifications laid down in the M. T. O. P to be used as such, whose factors are described in the chapter on these analyzes. Considering that, according to the road inventory previously done, had to be design complementary works with respect to the geometric road rehabilitation (ditches, curbs, sidewalks, signalling horizontal - vertical, junctions and lighting) that are necessary for the proper functioning and durability of the track. Eventually produced the referential budget of the cost of the construction with their respective technical specifications. |
| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de tesis tiene como objetivo principal la REHABILITACIÓN GEOMÉTRICA VIAL DE LA AVENIDA FERROVIARIA COMPRENDIDA DESDE EL DISTRIBUIDOR DE TRÁFICO (EL TREN) HASTA LA INTERSECCIÓN DE LA AVENIDA ALEJANDRO CASTRO BENÍTEZ. Para el desarrollo del proyecto, se consideró estudios preliminares de campo tales como el levantamiento del actual estado de la vía, realizando un inventario vial para determinar, diagnosticar y establecer el objetivo general de este proyecto, posterior a ello se recopiló información en las instituciones como el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Machala (GADMM), en donde se recepto información para los estudios ejecutados. Se realizó un aforo de tráfico y encuestas de origen y destino, obteniéndose el Tráfico Promedio Diario Anual (TPDA) que constituye la capacidad funcional y nivel de servicio de la vía para el periodo de diseño especificado, con este dato y los estudios mencionados más adelante, se pudo calcular el espesor de la carpeta asfáltica del proyecto. La vía en su estado actual cuenta con un pavimento flexible en mal estado, el cual ha perdido su capacidad de soporte y no cumple con las especificaciones establecidas en el Ministerio de Transporte y Obras Públicas para ser usada como tal, cuyos factores se describen en el capítulo correspondiente a estos análisis. Considerando que, de acuerdo al inventario vial hecho previamente, se tuvo que diseñar obras complementarias con respecto a la rehabilitación geométrica vial (cunetas, bordillos, aceras, señalización horizontal – vertical, semaforización e iluminación) que son necesarias para el buen funcionamiento y durabilidad de la vía. Finalmente se elaboró el presupuesto referencial del costo de la construcción con sus respectivas especificaciones técnicas. |
