Abstract
En el presente trabajo de titulación el objetivo general propuesto por las investigadoras fue determinar si en el proceso 45-2010 sustanciado por el Juez Noveno de garantías Penales de El Oro, en que sustanció la acción de protección iniciada por el señor JAVIER FABIÁN NAULA FAICAN, por supuesta violación al debido proceso por parte del señor FREDDY QUIMI TORO, Jefe De Cuerpo De Bomberos Del Cantón El Guabo, al haberlo cesado de sus funciones de bombero voluntario, sin haberle iniciado un proceso sumario administrativo.
Description
In this paper the general objective of qualification proposed by the researchers was to determine whether the 45-2010 trial conducted by the Ninth Criminal Judge of El Oro guarantees that substantiated protective action initiated by Mr. JAVIER FABIAN NAULA FAICAN by alleged violation of due process by Mr. FREDDY QUIMI TORO, FIRE CHIEF OF El Guabo City, I have ceased to his duties as a volunteer firefighter, without having initiated an administrative inquiry process.
