The limitations of the Social Worker in the hospital setting have a direct impact on their ability to provide effective support to patients and their families. These restrictions arise for reasons including scarcity of resources, institutional support, or close interdisciplinary coordination; They can make it difficult to identify and care for patients' social, emotional and family problems, generating a direct impact on comprehensive care and hospital well-being. As a result, an informative workshop with a focus on health is designed and executed, with the support of the MSP's Comprehensive Health Care Model - MAIS instrument, recognized as a fundamental right guaranteed by the State, and which constitutes a strategic axis for development. and achievement of Good Living aimed at users and Social Workers of the institution, in order to guide and strengthen areas of improvement in the services offered by the institution to users who are part of social security.
