La oferta turística del sitio Galayacu y su incidencia en el desarrollo de Pasaje, El Oro.

Abstract

The purpose of the following investigative work is to implement a proposal in wich tourism is potentially promoted in the Galayacu site of the Pasaje cantón, since the tourist charms of this place are known by few people, due to the lack of management and promotion by of the leaders and main authorities of both the Parish Gad and the Cantonal Gad. The methodology applied to this research had a mixed approach, that is, quantitative and qualitative; using probabilistic sampling, with a sample of 384 people, which the information was collected, using observation, interview and survey an methods. Once the information has been recorded and analyzed, the data resulting from the research indicate that Galayacu has very interesting natural attractions, since they are what attract tourists who come to the place, who are mostly women, between 17 – 21 years old. The lack of information negatively affects the number of visitors who can come to the site. In addition, the lack of a place that provides accommodation services and the scarcity of stores that sell prepared foods significantly reduce the economic and social development of the inhabitants. Of this sector. For this reason, the proposal presented in this research is a Good alternative to achieve greater use of the tourist attractions in the area.
