El clima laboral: un análisis desde los factores que afectan la productividad en la empresa Aguapas Ep.

Abstract

The purpose of this integrative project was to analyze the work environment and its factors in the productivity of the company AGUAPAS EP. The work is made up of four chapters, where the first chapter deals with the object and the problem establishing objectives to be met, the second chapter focused on theories and concepts related to the variables of study, the third chapter is the methodology and tools used during the development of the project and the fourth chapter focused on the contrasts of theories and results, in addition to the integrative proposal, its different dimensions, conclusions and recommendations. The study was carried out by means of a non-experimental, descriptive, explanatory and transversal design. The work carried out had a sample of fifty workers from the administrative area of the water, sewerage and services company AGUAPAS EP of the city of Pasaje, using a survey as the method of data collection, which were stored in Google Forms and processed using SPSS software for the calculation of correlations of variables. The result obtained from the relationship between the variables was obtained through the calculation of Pearson's coefficient, obtaining a value of 0.796, equivalent to 79%, demonstrating that there is a positive relationship between work climate and productivity. In addition, the results and theories were contrasted, and an integrating proposal was elaborated regarding the areas to be improved in the public company. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations corresponding to the integrating project were drawn up.
