Abstract

For certain companies or micro-companies that provide software development services, despite the different methodologies, methods and existing project management, they often have problems carrying out requirements engineering focused on business needs and the needs of the software product to be required. With the living Covid-19 pandemic, companies had to migrate their processes and their business environment to digitalization. Software development companies spend various technological, infrastructure and personnel resources for the development or digitization of a service. The type of research is established in Exploratory, because it allows approaches to issues not studied since a software development micro-enterprise located in the Loja Canton is going to be carried out. Quantitative paradigm and quasi-experimental design that allows the study of causeeffect of the study variables under conditions of rigorous non-control carried out with a direct approach to the ICT Department of the company under study. The empirical methods used is the Systematic Review of Literature based on the proposed guide by the author Barbara Kitchenham and the prototype that allows the realization of the MIRNP based on the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148:2018 standard, Bootstrap quality model, Babok Guide , Togaf. Statistical techniques for data processing Aiken's Score Method and V Coefficient. What allowed the validation of the MIRNP using the Delphi Method survey carried out to the Experts in the area of software development and to the personnel that works in the Software Micro-enterprise.
