Turismo sostenible para la implementación de actividades turísticas en jardín del Rio Pivir del cantón Chilla.

Abstract

The objective of this project is the implementation of tourism activities towards a sustainable approach in Jardín del Río Pivir in the Chilla canton, through descriptive, in situ, exploratory and bibliographic research, new strategies and trends in nature tourism are generated, the following work is carried out with a mixed methodology, that is qualitative and quantitative data are obtained, for the application of information collection instruments were used: interview, survey and the survey and hierarchy file. The development of the same allows to identify the problem of the lack of tourist activities in the destination, lack of tourist signage and lack of approach to the attraction. In addition, a new projection towards the responsible use of the area's natural resources. Therefore, we seek to promote sustainability using the three pillars: good practices and good use of natural resources. As a result, the implementation was proposed based on the development of tourism activities: recreation in the pool, stargazing, group dynamics and interpretive hiking, since the natural tourism potential of the site will be exploited in order to generate economic income for the community of the Chilla canton. The Pivir River Garden is located in the cantonal capital of Chilla via Guanazán, this tourist attraction is of natural character and enjoys a great variety of flora and fauna. This tourist resource is administered by the Municipality of Chilla.
