La gestión por competencia y la productividad en la organización Hias Machala.

Abstract

The present work carried out had the purpose of identifying the relationship between management by competence and productivity in the HIAS organization. The work is divided into four chapters where the first tells us about the problem of the problem establishing the objectives to be met, the second is the conceptual framework where the theories and concepts of the two variables and their different models are given, the third is the methodology of the project that has an integrating proposal and the fourth is the conclusions and recommendations. The study was carried out using a non-experimental, descriptive, documentary and cross-sectional design. The work carried out had a probabilistic sample of 30 employees of the HIAS Machala-Huaquillas organization; using the questionnaire and the survey as reliable and authorized data collection methods for the collection of field data, the same ones that were processed by the google forms platform that are shown in the statistical figures in an orderly and detailed manner based on the indicators. The result obtained from the relationship of both variables in the hias organization was given by Pearson's correlation, obtaining a coefficient of 0.98, meaning 98%, demonstrating that there is a very positive relationship between management by competence and productivity in the organization.
