Abstract

This research work on arts focuses its study on sculpture as an artistic medium, and as an argument the man who is part of a society that is constantly evolving thanks to the joint work of all human beings, thanks to that universal spirit that we share and unites us, although apparently separated by a body, by beliefs; It is in this sense that the artistic product tries to express that idea where man appears symbolically twinned in a circle that signifies unity, where we are all one. It should be noted that clay is chosen as an element of artistic construction, since it imitates the genesis of the creation of the world and therefore of the human being, we are from the earth and we return to the earth when our body loses its spiritual breath, reunites with the elements of the earth; air, fire, earth and water. In this way, clay remains as an ancestral ideological principle of ancient cultures. It can be said that the art of modeling in clay is the closest thing to creation, because imagined forms are conceived directly with the hands or that in an intuitive process various solutions arise, which allows us to capture the spirit of the times that current society lives. . The plastic result is closely linked to the investigation of the theoretical causal elements of the situation of man on the planet, manifested in social inequality, frequent economic crises, an environment in continuous deterioration and struggles for power that maintain tension and divide society. Art in its utility should be considered not only a means of expression, but also an essential instrument for the construction of culture for a society that needs guidance as it moves towards a future that we can imagine now. Thus, an object is created that responds to a need that is useful for a historical moment, but that over time can acquire artistic and cultural value by reflecting the society that generated it. Calling an object art requires how we see and under what parameters we measure that object, in this it is often necessary to separate art and beauty since a work of art is not always beautiful, in the sense of how we understand such a concept since we live in a society where we stereotype beauty as something that everyone should like. For example, a society may consider it beautiful to tattoo the whole face or stretch the lips through techniques; but to others it can be seen as disgusting. In short, the concept of beauty varies according to which culture you look at.

In short, art does not always excite, on the contrary, it produces sensory experiences that are not related to what is pleasant, so for example, experience is an aspect that becomes something changing that the human being perceives on the same element or object, where it can even be good for some and bad for others; Added to this is a priori knowledge, that is, how we understand or how I deal with what we see. So, in other words, the result of this research brings together several faces, which are the sum of the many seen in the course of life in this unbalanced society, configured in a circular composition and symbolically achieving the unity in which we are all one.
