Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the experiences in the process of development of degree work, by the students of redesign of the Accounting and Auditing career of the Technical University of Machala. The study is done through the recovery of the experience of students through structured surveys based on the search for criteria that define the way in which they carried out the process. The purpose is to highlight the formative actions that took place during the process of elaboration of the degree work. First, the characteristics of working in a team are described, that is, between pairs of authors, the ease of working in the company of another author and not alone. Secondly, to make a comparative study of the teaching-learning process taught by the teachers of the degree seminar subjects at the seventh and eighth levels. Subsequently, to evaluate the performance of the committee of evaluating specialists in the process of accompanying the development of the degree work, how their guides have influenced the development of the work, even when they had the presence and help of the tutor, all this based on the assumption that the training contains a series of experiences that deserve to be analyzed and understood in the context of the formative culture of the degree work. The results show that, the formative contexts allow access to the research culture, and in it there are interactions that favor the elaboration of the final work.
