Metodología para diseñar proyectos integradores en docentes de educación básica

Abstract

In the educational context, there is evidence of a series of shortcomings that disconnect the actions of its members with the social requirement, being able in many occasions not to respond adequately to their demands, such is the case that one of those deficiencies is the low level of research that they have. the teachers and directors of the institutions, limiting themselves solely to classroom teaching, without involving themselves in other fields necessary for management, such as integrating projects that come precisely from research. It is necessary to specify that these integrative projects, as well as other alternatives that configure research processes, aim to get the educational community involved and actively participate in their construction and implementation, so that they are part of the solutions and not only of the problems. thus being motivated to achieve transcendent educational objectives. In the present argumentative work, a bibliographical critical approach is made, which seeks to highlight the importance of its implementation in educational institutions, being an important tool for its development, on the other hand, a simple but very efficient methodological proposal is also made that in A few well-systematized steps can achieve a very important positive effect for all members of the educational community. To support the present argument, the bibliographic, analytical and synthetic method has been used, generating a search for information of a good scientific level, managing to discuss and sustainably propose all the criteria that are evidenced in the present work.
