dc.descriptionEn el actual trabajo para titulación se utiliza como fin el analizar y comparar las normativas para construir obras portuarias en Ecuador e internacionales como Panamá y Chile, e indagar a la empresa que se encuentra en la parroquia de Puerto Bolívar, YILPORT luego de haber obtenido la concesión portuaria para la modernización y ampliación de Puerto Bolívar, las controversias que ha generado esta concesión portuaria, en el ámbito constructivo así como también desde la vista desde la ciudadanía, hasta los transportista de camiones pesado, que genero el suceso más importante en la provincia de EL ORO.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn the current work for titling, the purpose is to analyze and compare the regulations to build port works in Ecuador and international ones such as Panama and Chile, and to investigate the company that is located in the parish of Puerto Bolívar, YILPORT after having obtained the port concession for the modernization and expansion of Puerto Bolívar, the controversies that this port concession has generated, in the construction field as well as from the point of view from the public, to the heavy truck carriers, which generated the most important event in the province of El ORO.es_ES
