La motricidad fina en el aprendizaje y el desarrollo de la preescritura en los niños de 5 años

Abstract

Faced with the new modality of school work, the development of fine motor skills in 5-year-old children was affected, to contribute to the development of these skills, a guide has been implemented with several grapho-plastic techniques according to their age, with the corresponding objective, materials to be used and respective procedure, so the child will be able to carry out activities such as: cutting, threading and punching, where he puts into practice the small muscles of the hand, however in reference the development of prewriting is fundamental for the development of fine motor skills, therefore, the objective of this research is to determine the relationship between fine motor skills in learning and the development of prewriting in 5-year-old children. The methodology applied was quantitative, since the data obtained were analyzed statistically, a descriptive approach was also used because during the realization of the theoretical bases it was possible to conceptualize the phenomenon of study, it also has a non-experimental design, since it was not exercised some manipulation on the variables; the techniques used were non-participatory observation and survey, with their respective instruments, the checklist applied to a population of 30 children, and a questionnaire with closed questions applied to 30 parents, the same ones that were applied in person. The results obtained from the analysis could show that children continue to have difficulties in the development of activities, where fine motor skills are the protagonist, essential in their previous writing process, it is crucial to master these skills at an early age so that later they do not have problems in their teaching-learning process, even in the beginning of their writing.
