La motivación para fomentar el desarrollo integral de los niños de educación inicial I

Abstract

The objective of this research was to establish the importance of motivation in the integral development of children in early education. The methodology was quantitative with a descriptive design of non-experimental character, the sample consisted of 27 children and 27 parents of early education I. The data collection was done through two quantitative techniques: observation of the infants and a questionnaire directed to the parents. The results obtained through the application of the instruments show that the infants do not receive the correct motivation from the teacher, therefore, they do not achieve their full integral development. Therefore, it is concluded that the execution of a guide with didactic activities such as, for example: guessing sounds, round, body dance, and blowing balls, are essential in the motivational part of the infant to achieve their integral development.
