Recursos didácticos para fomentar aprendizajes significativos en estudiantes de cuarto año, escuela Eva Batallas de Falquez, Pasaje, periodo 2021-2022

Abstract

Teaching resources in the student's educational process constitute an essential element to achieve significant learning, in this sense, their use and correct application become the main key to facilitate pedagogical practice. In the same way, with this research it has been identified that educators do not use active methodologies that allow the student to arouse curiosity and optimism to acquire new knowledge, therefore, it seeks to contribute to the improvement of the quality of the educational system and therefore This leads to the strengthening of new skills that a teacher of the current century must have. This research work will be developed, since it is a problem that is continuously presented in educational centers, that is, about the lack of use of current didactic resources in the teaching-learning process, at the same time, it is intended to know the incidence that it brings with it in the educational formation of the students. In the same way, the modality used in this project was bibliographical and field, the same ones that allowed direct contact with the problem presented in the Eva Batallas de Falquez school and later to solve it. The methods used in the study of this investigative work are mainly the inductive-deductive and as alternative methods the historical-logical, which helped to collect valuable information to be able to verify the hypotheses raised. It should be noted that the survey, the interview and the observation guide allowed to corroborate and validate the present investigation, likewise, within the results obtained it was possible to verify the scarce use of didactic resources in the classroom scenarios, which generates in the student a monotonous and unattractive class. For the study of this problem, it was started from the diagnosis of the object to be investigated, the problems, the objectives, techniques and methods that allow the development of this research project. It should be noted that, with the collection of information obtained through the application of techniques and instruments, it was possible to have clear results on the possible solutions that it requires. Once the object of study was carried out, the proposal was elaborated as an alternative to enhance knowledge about the implementation of didactic resources in the scope of significant learning in students. According to the needs presented in the context of study, an innovative proposal is then proposed, which consists of a training workshop for teaching staff in order to strengthen knowledge about the use and management of teaching resources to promote significant learning. This proposal is presented as a means for educators to know and make use of these materials, in addition to being an efficient mechanism that can be used when necessary. Finally, it is necessary to mention that educators must assume their role with dedication and commitment, but, above all, they must be an entity in constant study that promotes different learning environments inside and outside the classroom. With this it is demonstrated that the permanent training of teachers will be crucial to achieve quality education.
