Abstract

With the evolution of society due to technological progress, software development, web platforms, etc., it has been necessary to implement these technologies in the automation of processes that have historically been carried out manually, facilitating management of resources as well as improving their effectiveness. Automation technology tools have been widely used in transportation, industry, scientific research and many other fields. Achieving better labor productivity, optimizing time, economic and productive resources. The rapid development of computerization and the rise of the Internet have permeated all aspects of economic and social progress, positively affecting people's production and lifestyle. Technological innovation not only stimulates companies to develop new products, but can also lead to new formats and new business models. As the use of computer networks in society increases progressively, their impact on the modernization of the management of processes that are carried out in the different companies that use them for the automation and improvement of services rendered is becoming more and more noticeable. Consulting and analyzing these premises help to find the right entry point and direction of development. It is also essential to fully consider the real existing situation of the users, the system itself if it exists, the degree of acceptance by the employees, the ease of use and the long-term objectives of what is required to be fulfilled. Application software development is a tool for business development. It is the process of building a software system or a software part of a system according to user requirements, which includes requirements capture, requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The most important thing for the system or software to achieve the stated objectives, is to do a thorough investigation, and collect all the requirements that the system must meet. Currently, the company carries out all the processes manually, which often results in resource and time consumption. Therefore, the objective of this work is to implement a web application for the automation of sales in the company WATER S.A. with the Bootstrap Framework and the SWIRL methodology. For which a theoretical investigation was carried out on which the development of the prototype is based, then the requirements were collected, based on this, the programming language and the database manager for the coding of the web application were chosen. Using the methodology mentioned above, we proceeded to the development and implementation. Favorable results were obtained from the project, since it will be able to have an optimal management of its processes in an automated way, counting on customer registration, sales, reports, which facilitates decision-making, improving the control of the processes carried out in the company, maintaining order and providing a better service to end users.
