Procedimientos para hacer una zonificación con fines de planificación del predio agrícola

Abstract

The zoning of land is a fundamental part of land use planning because it allows us to know the characteristics of the territory in which the process will be carried out and the actors involved, as well as to identify the suitability of the land and the possible risks to be suffered in the event of natural hazards. In the case of land that will be suitable for agriculture, zoning is a vitally important procedure, since it will make it possible to determine whether the crops to be grown on these hectares of land have the appropriate characteristics and conditions to adapt to the nutrients and other factors that are immersed in the soil of the land. In this sense, the research aims to determine the procedures to be developed during a zoning for planning purposes of an agricultural property. The methodology used during the research is qualitative, supported by the bibliographic review that will allow the collection of information related to the topic to be addressed through scientific articles and national regulations detailing the treatment of this process. The results obtained will make it possible to identify the procedures to be followed in order to carry out a zoning of a territory to be used for agricultural activities, in order to determine whether the crops will adapt to the soil, temperature and climate conditions. Also, if it will be able to produce the production levels that have been proposed and the possible crops that can be grown in other parts of the property.
