Presupuesto y cronograma utilizando microsoft project de la Avenida Machala desde calle Carchi hasta calle gran Colombia, El Guabo .

Abstract

The works require planning and programming using various methodologies to obtain them, the present work is oriented towards planning and programming through technological tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project, the construction with flexible pavement of Machala Avenue, located in the canton of El Guabo, province of El Oro. For the elaboration of the budget we will use the respective analysis of unit prices that allow us to know the values of the direct and indirect costs, in turn we can determine the duration of the items. Using Microsoft Project, we enter the previously calculated durations of each item together with the defined predecessor tasks, obtaining the execution period and after that we elaborate the valued schedule of scheduled work and the physical progress schedule, these tools allow us to identify the delays that can have the activities planned with respect to those carried out, determining the real progress of the work. Adding the schedules for the use of equipment, labor and materials that determine the use of machinery, personnel and materials necessary to comply with each of the activities of the work, with the aim of optimizing time and cost in the execution.
