| Descripción : | La presente investigación ha sido desarrollada con el objetivo de que cuyas personas con actividades propias, ya sean emprendedores o negocios populares, puedan ser categorizadas de forma correcta, según los requisitos establecidos en el Régimen Simplificado para Emprendedores y Negocios Populares (RIMPE) que actualmente se encuentra en vigencia mediante la Ley para el Desarrollo Económico y Sostenibilidad Fiscal aprobada el 29 de noviembre del 2021 con Registro oficial 587 tras la pandemia COVID-19. El Servicio de Rentas Internas, dispone que hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2021 los contribuyentes que pertenecían al RISE, RIM y Régimen General; pasen a formar parte del RIMPE para el presente año. |
| Resumen : | The present investigation has been developed with the objective that whose people with their own activities, whether they are entrepreneurs or popular businesses, can be categorized correctly, according to the requirements established in the Simplified Regime for Entrepreneurs and Popular Businesses (RIMPE) that is currently is in force through the Law for Economic Development and Fiscal Sustainability approved on November 29, 2021 with Official Registry 587after the COVID-19 pandemic. The Internal Revenue Service (S.R.I. in spanish), provides that until December 31, 2021, taxpayers who belonged to the Simplified Tax Regime (RISE), the Tax Regime for Micro-enterprises (RIM) and the General Regime; become part of RIMPE for this year. |
