Abstract

The present work has as purpose the control of the Remodeling of the municipal palace I stage, in the city of Pasaje, province of El Oro. Corresponding to the practical part of the Complex examination, for which daily visits were made for 30 consecutive days, with the objective of collecting information on the progress of the same and compliance with the specifications presented in the contract, for which information was obtained on the work in the public procurement portal, such as the analysis of unit prices and the budget of the same. With this information it was possible to make a valued work schedule and the investment curve of the project, The worksheet corresponding to the month of work and its respective inspection report were made, which included the executed items, the details of the equipment put into work and the personnel who worked in the corresponding period, which in this case was the second month of work. The Gantt and Pert diagrams were developed in order to estimate and optimize the expected time for each item and meet the estimated deadline in the contract. The monthly spreadsheets were made throughout the execution period of the work to obtain control of the progress of the work through an investment curve, which is a graphic representation of the accumulated cost-time of the project.
