Diseño hidráulico de una red de alcantarillado con sewergems para la parroquia Sabiango del cantón Macará provincia de Loja

Abstract

The design of sewage systems is a complex and interdisciplinary process, encompassing knowledge of topography, sanitary and hydraulic networks to guarantee its operability, efficiency and durability. Today it is necessary and imperative to optimize costs in public works, especially in the health field, which is a basic service of the community, It is observed that the Sabiango parish of the Macará canton does not have a design to be analyzed and implemented by the competent authorities, Finally, the objective of the project is to hydraulically design the sewerage network using sewergems software for the Sabiango parish, Macará canton, Loja province. The design is imported from AutoCad where the contour lines and topography of the land can be seen, the calculation process is carried out in Excel software and it is verified by means of the simulation thrown by sewergems, where it is highlighted that in all the sections, connections and even discharge collector complies with a diameter of 150 mm, but it is emulated with 200 mm respecting the technical design standard, the maximum flow is 9.66 l/s with minimum flows of 0.3 l/s that are replaced by 1.5 l/s at the discretion of the standard, It is recommended that the Ecuadorian standards for the design and construction of sanitary networks be updated according to cost optimization to reduce construction costs and increase the accessibility of the sewerage service to rural areas.
